Well, it’s that time of year again. The nominations for the 2008 Mercurcy Music Prize were announced yesterday, as follows:

And it’s another slightly crap year. I don’t mind Neon Neon, and Burial’s ok (but not half as good as the hype), so this year I’m supporting the hang. But, at the end of the day, pretty much anybody could win, and it doesn’t really matter.
